1963 Buick Electra

This 1963 Buick Electra was bought from a Mr Judd of Bendigo in early 2001. The colour was green (respray years ago over the top of original gold). The car had surface rust under the body. I had the rust removed, sealed and sprayed by Waddingtons of Castlemaine. In 2002 I had the car resprayed at Mountjoy Panels, Kangaroo Flat. Green paint was removed to bare metal, small dints repaired, primed and repainted to its present state. It is worth noting that when the exterior hardware was removed, the original gold colour showed up. Main reason for going back to the gold. I chose to go for a white roof as well. As of 2005, the car has only done 73,000 miles. All the inside is original with the plastic still covering the seats.
